Saudi’s NEOM launches lagoon project ‘Treyam’ with world’s longest sky pool

NEOM’s Board of Directors has introduced Treyam, a top-tier resort situated at the intersection of breathtaking desert vistas and the serene sea. With a bold design that minimises its impact on the land, Treyam provides guests with a refined sanctuary to relax, rejuvenate, and immerse themselves in the splendor of nature.
As the newest addition to NEOM, the dynamic regional development unfolding in northwest Saudi Arabia, Treyam occupies a strategic position overlooking one of the most stunning azure lagoons at the southern tip of the Gulf of Aqaba.

Positioned as a luxurious portal to active living, Treyam features striking bridge-like architecture spanning the northern and southern shores, housing a 250-room luxury resort.

The bridge’s innovative design creates a mesmerising sunset-like illusion from afar, while offering sweeping views of the tidal lagoon and expansive skies from its upper and lower levels, seamlessly blending into the surrounding landscape and preserving the natural integrity of the coastline.

The allure of Treyam continues with its 450-metre-long rooftop infinity pool, perched 36 meters above the sea. Here, guests are treated to an unforgettable experience, seemingly suspended in the air with panoramic views of the lagoon, vibrant corals, and tranquil waters stretching to the horizon.

Designed for exploration and adventure, Treyam offers a diverse array of exhilarating activities, including sailing, diving, water sports, and land-based pursuits. Guests can also indulge in state-of-the-art health and wellness facilities, luxurious spa treatments, and a selection of gourmet cuisines and fine dining options.
Combining futuristic architecture with the region’s natural beauty, Treyam delivers an unmatched visitor experience just moments away from THE LINE. Its meticulous design sets a new standard for luxury and sustainable resort living.

In harmony with NEOM’s dedication to conservation and innovation, Treyam seamlessly integrates into its coastal ecosystem.

Its unveiling follows the recent announcement of sustainable tourism initiatives across the Gulf of Aqaba, including Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, Zardun, Xaynor, Elanan, and Gidori, which collectively embody this commitment to preservation and innovation in the vibrant region.
