Jumeirah has been recognised for the fifth year in a row in the prestigious Gault&Millau UAE 2026 guide, with eleven of its signature restaurants featured for their consistent culinary excellence.
The results of Gault&Millau’s team of independent reviewers were revealed at an exclusive gala and awards ceremony hosted at Atlantis the Royal on Monday 2 February where eleven of Jumeirah’s own dining destinations and culinary talent were shortlisted across eight award categories. This year also marks the impressive inclusion of four culinary concepts from the newly opened Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, with Madame Li, Rialto, The Bombay Club by Chef Manav Tuli and Umi Kei making their debut on the esteemed list.
One of the world’s most established and widely respected food guides, Gault&Millau’s rating system sees restaurants visited anonymously by professional food critics and then ranked on a scale of 1 to 20 based solely on the quality and creativity of the food.
Leading the charge, Jumeirah Burj Al Arab’s French-Italian restaurant, Al Muntaha received a rating of 18 and 4 Toques, alongside Ristorante L’Olivo at Al Mahara with its own rating of 15.5 and 3 Toques. Jumeirah Al Qasr’s iconic Pierchic and Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab’s Rialto both gained 1 Toque and a rating of 13.
Furthermore, Jumeirah celebrated victories in several restaurant-specific categories:
